Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from wear or damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
